What is the value of becoming a member?
Becoming a TravelWorm member is free, and as a member you will receive such great benefits as our monthly Newsletter with travel tips and destination reviews, Everyday Discounts of 2% on all hotels booked through TravelWorm, Preferred Specials advertised solely to members, and access to a personal My Account section on our website.

What is a "cookie" and what does TravelWorm use them for?
A cookie is a small amount of information that is passed between your Internet browser and our website. TravelWorm uses cookies to identity you when visiting our website, and in order to use our website fully your browser must be enabled to accept them. What browser or software do I need to visit TravelWorm?
TravelWorm supports the following browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 and above, Netscape Communicator or Navigator 4.7.4 and above, AOL version 4.0 and above. In addition, TravelWorm is accessible from machines running Windows 98, Me, and 2000 on all versions of Netscape and Internet Explorer. Macintosh computers running Internet Explorer or Netscape 9.0 and 10.0 are also supported.

TravelWorm utilizes the latest and most secure technologies. If your browser is not listed in the FAQ above, or if you are receiving error messages from your browser on our website, you may need to update your software. You can find the latest versions at the following sites:

Is my credit card information safe?
TravelWorm is dedicated to keeping your information safe. We utilize the latest security technologies to protect all our secure servers and the best encryption technologies to ensure that your connection to us is kept private. All reservations made via the Internet are done through a secure (128 bit SSL Connection) set of forms, starting with the reservation form and ending with the receipt page. This ensures that the data entered is protected and encrypted so that it cannot be intercepted or viewed by anyone attempting to do so over the Internet. Additionally, multiple checks are performed on the credit card entered ensuring address verification (AVS) dollar amount, credit card holder's name, purchase date and check-in date, to name a few. Internet Reservations are also randomly reviewed to help protect against other levels of fraud.

Why do you ask for personal information in the My Profile section?
You can provide TravelWorm with information such as your address, telephone number and email, so that your reservation information can be pre-filled. This makes it faster and easier for you to make reservations on TravelWorm. We will never sell or provide this personal information to any other organization.
