What are the benefits of using TravelWorm's services?
Because we book so many rooms with hotels across the country, TravelWorm is able to negotiate special rates, and in turn pass those savings onto our customers. And we maintain our own inventory of rooms, allowing us to offer reservations at hotels that are sold out. In addition, our easy to use website provides immediate reservation confirmations that can be either emailed or faxed to you.

I don't see a hotel I want - can I still make a reservation there?
TravelWorm has the ability to book at almost every hotel in the cities listed on our website. So if you don't see the hotel you want, please call a TravelWorm Travel Consultant toll-free, for immediate assistance.

Do you book suites?
Absolutely. There are several hotels listed on TravelWorm that offer suites, and you can book them right from our site. If the hotel you are looking for does not show availability, or does not list a rate, please call a TravelWorm Travel Consultant toll-free, for immediate assistance.

How can I pay for my reservations?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. By using your credit card on our secure server, your reservations will be booked immediately and you will receive an instant confirmation. All reservations made via the Internet are done through a secure (128 bit SSL Connection) set of forms, starting with the reservation form and ending with the receipt page. This ensures that the data entered is protected and encrypted so that it cannot be intercepted or viewed by anyone attempting to do so over the Internet. Additionally, multiple checks are performed on the credit card entered ensuring address verification (AVS) dollar amount, credit card holder's name, purchase date and check-in date, to name a few. Internet Reservations are also randomly reviewed to help protect against other levels of fraud.

What are your cancellation policies?
With TravelWorm, you can be confident that you will know the cancellation policy for the room you want before you book it. Because policies vary depending on citywide conventions, holidays, and when you travel, we always tell you the specific cancellation information for the dates you want prior to when you have finalized your reservation online. If no special cancellation restrictions apply, our standard policy is as follows:

Any cancellations or changes made more than 72 hours prior to arrival are subject to a $25 handling fee per room. Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a $25 handling fee plus the first night's room rate. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a 100% charge.

If I cancel my hotel reservation, how long will it take before I receive a refund?
We understand that plans sometimes change, and TravelWorm wants to make cancellations as easy for you as your reservations. If a refund is due to you, your credit card will be credited in approximately one billing cycle. Also, please make sure and read the above question regarding TravelWorm's cancellation policies.

What is a Master Confirmation #?
This is given to the user when a hotel reservation of two or more rooms is made. The first Reservation ID from the group is the Master Confirmation #. This is used to reference all reservations in that party.

How will my credit card transactions appear on my credit card statement?
The billing descriptor on your credit card statement will read "Travel Res 702.407.8030" or "hoteldiscount", depending on the travel product you selected.
