What are TravelWorm's refund policies?
With TravelWorm, you can be confident that you will know the refund policy for the flight you want before you book it. TravelWorm offers such great fares by specializing in non-refundable tickets that may be changeable, but because policies vary depending on airfare and packages, we always tell you the specific cancellation and refund information for your flight prior to when you have finalized your reservation online.

What are the "taxes and fees" associated with my airline ticket?
When purchasing airline tickets, the "taxes and fees" consist of the following: US Tax, PFCs (Applicable Passenger Facility charges), ZPs (applicable airport taxes), security tax, and TravelWorm's $15 per-passenger booking fee.

What is the penalty if I cancel my airline tickets?
With TravelWorm, you can be confident that you will know the cancellation policy for the flight you want before you book it. Because policies vary depending on citywide conventions, holidays, and when you travel, we always tell you the specific cancellation information for the dates you want prior to when you have finalized your reservation online. If no special cancellation restrictions apply, our standard policies are as follows:

Airline tickets are non refundable. Some tickets are changeable for a penalty of $125.00 USD and subject to any difference in airfare. Some tickets are completely non changeable. These are just estimates. To calculate the final charges, please call a TravelWorm Travel Consultant toll-free, for immediate assistance.

Can I make a reservation online for a child who will be traveling alone?
Due to the various fees and restrictions surrounding an unaccompanied minor, you must contact the airline directly to complete these types of reservations.

Can I cancel or change my reservations online?
Currently, there is no way to cancel or change your reservations online. Please contact a TravelWorm Travel Consultant toll-free, for immediate assistance.

Can I change the name on my ticket?
No. For security reasons, current airline restrictions do not permit name changes.

When is my credit card charged for my trip?
Your credit card will be charged the full amount of your purchase immediately after you click the purchase button.

How do I get paper tickets for my airline reservations?
In order to request paper tickets for your airline reservation, please contact a TravelWorm Travel Consultant toll-free for immediate assistance. A processing fee of $17.50 will be charged, and your tickets will be sent promptly via Fed Ex 2nd-Day Air.

How early do I need to check in before my flight?
Due to heightened airport security, most airports are advising that you check in at the ticket counter at least 2 hours prior to flight departure. As these airport advisories may change, TravelWorm recommends that you call the airport you are departing from for their latest check-in information.

Can I travel standby?
Because each airline's standby policy is different, TravelWorm recommends that you contact the airline directly in order to obtain the most up-to-date standby policy.

What if I miss my flight?
Because each airline's policy is different, TravelWorm recommends that you contact the airline directly in order to obtain their most recent no-show/rebooking policies.

What is an Air Reservation ID?
The Air Reservation ID allows TravelWorm to locate your reservation information on our internal system.

What is an Air Record Locator?
The Air Record Locator is the confirmation code for the customer used by the airline.

How will my credit card transactions appear on my credit card statement?
All Sabre Flight Bookings are charged by the appropriate airline, & the fee ($15/ per person) will appear as "TravelWorm".

What is a Confirmation #?
This is the Sabre Record Locator, which is the confirmation code we use to locate your airline or flight reservations.
