What are the benefits of using TravelWorm?
For ten years TravelWorm has been providing travelers with guaranteed low prices on hotel, flight, and car reservations at premiere Casino Resorts and Leisure Destinations. Because we book so many rooms with hotels across the country, TravelWorm is able to negotiate special rates, and in turn pass those savings onto our customers. We also maintain our own inventory of rooms, allowing us to offer reservations at hotels that are sold out. In addition, our easy to use website provides immediate reservation confirmations that can be either e-mailed or faxed to you.

How can I pay for my reservations?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. By using your credit card on our secure server, your reservations will be booked immediately and you will receive instant confirmation.

What are TravelWorm's cancellation policies?
With TravelWorm, you can be confident that you will know the cancellation policy for the room or flight you want before you book it. Because policies vary depending on citywide conventions, holidays, and when you travel, we always tell you the specific cancellation information for the dates you want prior to when you have finalized your reservation online. If no special cancellation restrictions apply, our standard policies are as follows:

Any cancellations or changes made more than 72 hours prior to arrival are subject to a $25 handling fee per room. Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a $25 handling fee plus the first night's room rate.

Flights tickets are non refundable. Some tickets are changeable for a penalty of $125.00 USD and subject to any difference in airfare. Some tickets are completely non changeable. These are just estimates. To calculate the final charges, please call a TravelWorm Travel Consultant toll-free, for immediate assistance.

Car reservations cancelled within 48 hours of pick up are subject to a cancellation penalty equal to one day's rental cost. The car vendor, not TravelWorm, charges this penalty. In addition, if you fail to pick up your vehicle within 2 hours of your scheduled arrival time, the rental location will be authorized to bill the credit card for the appropriate amount.

I don't see a hotel I want - can I still make a reservation there?
TravelWorm has the ability to book at almost every hotel in the cities listed on our site. So if you don't see the hotel you want, please call a TravelWorm Travel Consultant toll-free, for immediate assistance.

What happens if TravelWorm cannot verify my credit card information?
As a security precaution, the credit card information you have entered must be verifiable with the credit card company or bank that the credit card is issued through. In the event the credit card and the information you have entered is not verifiable, and all reasonable attempts have been made to contact the credit card holder to receive verifiable information, TravelWorm reserves the right to cancel any and all transactions until the correct information can be provided.

Do you book suites?
Absolutely. There are several hotels listed on TravelWorm that offer suites, and you can book them right from our site. If the hotel you are looking for does not show availability, or does not list a rate, please call a TravelWorm Travel Consultant toll-free, for immediate assistance.

If I cancel my hotel reservation, how long will it take before I receive a refund?
We understand that plans sometimes change, and TravelWorm wants to make cancellations as easy for you as your reservations. If a refund is due to you, your credit card will be credited in approximately one billing cycle. Also, please make sure and read the above question regarding TravelWorm's cancellation policies.

What is the value of becoming a TravelWorm member?
Becoming a TravelWorm member is free, and as a member you will receive such great benefits as our monthly Newsletter with travel tips and destination reviews, Everyday Discounts of 2% on all hotels booked through TravelWorm, Preferred Specials advertised solely to members, and access to a personal My Account section on our website.

Why do you ask for my personal information in the My Profile section?
You can provide TravelWorm with information such as your address, telephone number and e-mail, so that your reservation information can be pre-filled. This makes it faster and easier for you to make reservations on TravelWorm. We will never see or provide this personal information to any other organization. How secure is the TravelWorm website?
At TravelWorm, we want you to feel completely confident and comfortable that all your personal information is safe, secure, and private, which is why we go to such great lengths to protect it.
