Online Credit Card Processing
All reservations made via the Internet are done through a secure (128 bit SSL Connection) set of forms, starting with the confirmation page and ending with the receipt page. This ensures that the data entered is protected and encrypted so that it cannot be intercepted or viewed by anyone attempting to do so over the Internet. Additionally, multiple checks are performed on the credit card entered ensuring address verification (AVS) dollar amount, credit card holder's name, purchase date and check-in date, to name a few. Internet Reservations are also randomly reviewed to help protect against other levels of fraud.

All Required Transaction Information is collected via our internal Web Servers through Access Logs and used only by our agents, delivery services and specific TravelWorm employees. We collect Required Transaction Information in order to process user purchases, transactions, completions and support of the current user activities. The information collected includes: physical contact information, online contact information, and demographic data and purchase information.

Telephone Credit Card Processing
All reservation and customer service calls are digitally recorded and archived for one (1) year from the call date. The recorded call is retrievable and admissible in court. Telephone sales are verified by having the customer repeat his/her name and the day's date as well as verbally to verify the details of the reservation they are about to make, including the charge information and cancellation policy. This ensures a quality reservation and the complete understanding of the terms and conditions of the sale by the customer.
